William Penn Real Estate Associates is built on the belief that
Good associates make the brokerage successful, not the other way around.
With that in mind, our brokerage is designed to provide a framework conducive to giving you the best chance to succeed. Below please review some of the ways that our brokerage is set up to benefit you:
- Fair and Equitable Compensation
- All Your Leads Go to You
- No Extra Fees to Your Clients
- Hassle-Free Transitions
- Coaching, Training, and Support
Fair and Equitable Compensation
As a licensed real estate sales associate, you receive 85% of your commissions until you reach a $15,000 annual cap. You pay a nominal administrative fee after capping. No gimmicks.
We offer the same compensation plan to all licensed salespersons. It reflects our belief that regardless of sales volume, everyone deserves a chance to be financially successful.
Associate Jill Gilson: “Our brokerage offers the best splits in our area and does not “nickel and dime” us with extraneous office fees and charges. The goal at William Penn is for each associate to be successful in growing their own business.”
All Your Leads Go to You
For every call into the brokerage, our employees work hard to identify the source of the lead and immediately transfer the call directly to the number of your choice.
Our phone system facilitates transferring brokerage calls directly to your cell phone. If someone is sitting in front of your listing and calls the office, they can be speaking with you in seconds. For calls placed outside of business hours, the system is still able to get the caller in touch with you at your extension.
Associate Bob Gochenaur: “It is a pleasure to work with a company more interested in helping you build your business than asking you to help them build their business.”
No Extra Fees to Your Clients
All compensation arrangements made with clients are negotiable. There are, however, never any additional fees required from the brokerage in addition to the negotiated compensation rate.
Associate Chris Lanser: “I enjoy partnering with a broker and staff who care for others, and who practice win/win negotiating that keeps the client/customer’s best interest at heart.”
Professional transitions are a natural part of your career. Understanding that, there is never any financial penalty to you for moving or escrowing your license. Additionally, your clients have the freedom to select the broker with whom they would like to work in the future.
Associate Scott Wiglesworth: “William Penn values people. This comes from the top down and includes customers, fellow Realtors®, and everyone else that comes through the door. Everyone is treated with respect.”
Coaching, Training and Support
Different associates need and desire different levels of support. Our broker desires to use his experience in business and in real estate to help our associates achieve their business and real estate goals. Our office culture promotes and fosters cooperation and pursuing shared success.
Associate Chester Lapp: “It would be difficult to convey my appreciation for the support and genuine care that I received from the entire William Penn office staff.”
Associate Ernie Beiler: “I enjoy working with a team of people who are first class, are willing to go “the extra mile,” and who have similar values of service and integrity.”
Associate Scott Brubaker: “Paul and the staff are genuinely interested in my success. He makes time to help me grow my business and help with issues I have encountered. “Transparency, Fiduciary Responsibility, & Integrity” is the motto of William Penn and it is not just lip service. I feel at home at William Penn.”
Associate Stephen Smith: “I have experienced firsthand Paul’s desire to have both his clients and his Realtors® succeed. His leadership and forward thinking at the brokerage have allowed him to bring together a team of people that work well together as they grow both the brokerage and their own personal real estate businesses.”
